NLRB ALJ rules Starbucks illegally fired five Memphis workers for union organizing

Administrative law judge ruled Starbucks violated federal labor law when it terminated five of the seven "Memphis 7" workers who were organizing a union at their store. Case reached the Supreme Court on the question of NLRB injunction powers.
