UK Supreme Court upholds ruling that Uber drivers are workers, not contractors

UK Supreme Court unanimously ruled Uber drivers are workers entitled to minimum wage, holiday pay, and other protections. Court found Uber's characterization of drivers as independent contractors did not reflect the reality of the working relationship.
