OSHA cites Walmart for 24 repeat and serious violations at Rochester supercenter

OSHA identified fall hazards, obstructed exit routes, absence of lockout/tagout procedures, unguarded machinery, and lack of PPE training. Violations were substantially similar to hazards found at nine other Walmart locations across eight states.
